The land of Makoran in southeastern Iran, despite the almost unfavorable climatic and natural conditions, had a special geographical location in the early Islamic centuries. Access to free waters, especially the location between the two Civilization of Iran and India, had given great importance to this land. Natural geography is highly vulnerable to geographic location and the role of the geographic location of this land in creating, prospering and developing land and sea routes is questionable and feasible. Considering the measures that were used in the first Islamic centuries, despite the natural and even human obstacles, Makoran's roads and roads were booming and played a major role in the relations between Iran and India at the first Islamic centuries. The purpose of this article is to explain the practical importance of the ways of Makoran in the relations between India and India within the timeframe. The research has been done by historical method and descriptive-analytical method using library resources and field research.
